One of my favorite things about Mardi Gras: the marching bands.

Another favorite thing: seeing friends who I miss... and friends who dress up like Rainbow Brite.

And crossing Elysian Fields at Royal in a tutu, surrounded by a bunch of general weirdos and fun people: also fun.
Yes, I do love me some Mardi Gras. Now if I could just get back into my work-groove...
